Sono district, Atlanta and Decatur Square

This post are comprised of four photos over a two day period in which I was getting to know the camera and was not worried about composition of the shots, but was more concerned with peace of mind. In retrospect, it would have been better to be more observant of the former.

Sono (Atlanta) from Wikipedia

As for the history and opinions behind Sono I am unaware of the nuances to the area and the financial situations and as they apply to the area. Below are two photos from the area. I was able to walk very close to the Bank of America building, which is not owned by the bank. This photo is taken from the South side of the tower.

This is also taken from the Sono area. I enjoyed shooting this photo for the lines within the frame.

The following are two pictures taken separate by about 150 yards from one another. Winter doesn’t help to lighten the mood of the shots. I was not in the best place when the shots were taken, but they are, I think, worth a view. Decatur is a town that is a great destination for the arts. These photos are taken from the Square. Here is a link to the City of Decatur.
